Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders place before 3pm PST will be shipped that day. UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays. Faster shipping methods chosen will be held during those days by UPS.  WE WILL SHIP VIA USPS OR UPS AT OUR DISCRETION FOR FASTEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Each order will receive a UPS tracking code that can be used at www.UPS.com  

USPS orders

We are now shipping internationally with US Postal Service Priority. Expected delivery time is 6-10 days anywhere in the world. We are not responsible for returns or seziures by the country of destination. That customer will assume the risk that their order may be held in customs or sent back at worse. Please look here for information on your country's customs mailing restrictions:

 Returns:

No returns on used products. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to products returned. Shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer as well. Email sales@buypartygear.com in the instance a return under these circumstances.
