Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: How soon will my order ship? A: The same day when placed before 12:30pm EST. In the event there are any 'out-of-stocks' or great delays, the customer will be notified promptly. BuyPartyGear makes communication a high priority. Please don't hesistate to contact via email sales@buypartygear.com
Q: Do you ship to international customers?
A: Absolutely! Select Priority Mail International and you'll typically receive your order within 6-10 days of shipping.
